Carbrook Animal Assisted Learning Centre is currently accepting Professional Referrals for new enrolments.

Professional Referrals are considered by a panel as new enrolment positions become available. The team will make contact if your young person has been shortlisted. Unfortunately we can not accommodate for site visits, however please check our website for the next planned Carbrook Centre Open Day.
Steps

Ask a professional who knows your young person to complete the Professional Referral Form (below)

Collect any other relevant reports that may support the application

Email the application to the Enrolments@carbrookcentre.qld.edu.au

Please note that the Carbrook Centre panel may shortlist applicants based on criteria including long term disengagement from schooling, complex needs and student's interest in animal assisted learning (particularly horses and dogs). Priority may also be given to students residing within Logan City. Enrolments are not awarded solely on the date of application.
We have compiled a list of other Special Assistance Schools in the Logan, Brisbane and Ipswich areas you may wish to consider while you wait for a place to open at Carbrook Centre. Please note that enrolling at another school will not exclude you from consideration as places become available:
